Flywheel Centers is looking for dedicated Behavioral Therapists (BTs/RBTs) to join our team. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes, schools, or our local center-wherever support is needed most.
You'll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children build meaningful skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and achieve their developmental goals.
What You'll Do:
- Provide individualized ABA therapy across a variety of natural settings
- Follow treatment plans and behavior strategies developed by a BCBA
- Track data and share progress with clinical supervisors
- Support children in developing communication, daily living, and social skills

What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be 18 years or older
