Behavioral Therapist (BT/RBT) – Middlesex County, NJ
Locations: Edison, North Brunswick & New Brunswick
Pay: $24–$29/hour
Schedule: Part-Time / Full-Time

Flywheel Centers is hiring dedicated Behavioral Therapists (BTs/RBTs) to support children and families throughout Middlesex County, NJ, including Edison, North Brunswick, and New Brunswick.
In this role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and center-based settings-meeting families where support is needed most. You'll work closely with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help children build meaningful skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach important developmental milestones.
What You'll Do

Deliver individualized ABA therapy in natural environments

Implement treatment plans and behavior strategies designed by a BCBA

Collect and track data, sharing progress with clinical supervisors

Support skill development in communication, daily living, and social interaction

What You'll Need

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Must be 18 years or older

Reliable transportation to client homes and schools

ABA experience preferred (but not required)
