Flywheel Centers is hiring a compassionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / ABA Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in North Bergen, New Jersey.
We are seeking candidates who are passionate about helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA.
- Help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers.
- Collect behavioral data and complete session documentation.
- Collaborate with your BCBA and clinical team.
- Participate in ongoing supervision and training.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active RBT certification preferred.
- ABA or autism experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent client schedule.
