High-Level Job Description:
We’re looking for a seasoned production leader to oversee all facets of production across the agency. As Senior Producer, you’ll be responsible for managing the production team, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring best-in-class creative work is executed on time and on budget. This role requires someone who thrives in both strategic oversight and hands-on production, with the ability to scale processes, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and partner closely with creative, account, and leadership teams.
Detailed Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Lead all production operations across film, digital, experiential, and integrated campaigns.
- Push for a high level of craft, with an uncompromising eye for detail, storytelling, and design.
- Have a deep understanding of production companies, edit and music houses and be dialed in to the best work being produced globally.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and scopes, ensuring projects are delivered within parameters.
- Source, negotiate, and manage vendor/partner relationships including production companies, post houses, directors, editors, and crew.
- Manage and mentor a team of producers and coordinators, fostering growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with creative and account leadership to align production execution with client expectations and creative vision.
- Ensure compliance with union (SAG/AFTRA, DGA, IATSE) and non-union guidelines where applicable.
- Drive operational efficiencies in production processes, documentation, and workflow.
- Stay ahead of how Ai is transforming creative production, from tools that streamline workflows to techniques that push the craft in new directions.
- Oversee risk management, contracts, insurance, and permitting across productions.
- Anticipate and solve production challenges quickly and decisively.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, new tools, and emerging production partners to strengthen agency capabilities.
- Most importantly, deliver what hasn't been done before, making the impossible look effortless.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
- 8–12 years of experience in agency production, commercial production or branded content.
- Proven experience managing large-scale productions, budgets, and teams.
- Strong knowledge of union regulations, production insurance, tax incentives, and contracting.
- Established relationships with production companies, directors, and crew.
