Summary
The Aviation Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Technician we are looking for is one who’s motivated, eager to learn, and hands-on.
In this role, you’ll build, diagnose, repair, and service equipment like hydraulic jacks, power units, and tugs. We’ll teach you technical skills and our processes. You bring the drive, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to jump in.
Responsibilities
Build, diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems on GSE
Perform inspections, testing, and document repairs accurately
Support teammates and pitch in with general shop tasks as needed
Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally
Use technology for documentation and reporting
Requirements
U.S. Citizen with valid driver’s license and clean record
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using technology (phones, tablets, apps)
Basic understanding of hydraulics or electrical systems
Mechanical Aptitude
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and eagerness to learn
