Major Responsibility:
Answer main Casino phone lines in a professional manner.
Other Responsibilities:
- Greets callers in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Directs calls efficiently and promptly.
- Provide requested information from callers.
- Maintain an up-to-date phone listing of all departments, radios, cell phones and pagers.
- Maintain the necessary telephone log of calls as directed.
- Be familiar and aware of all emergency numbers as needed.
- Perform all other work-related duties as assigned by Casino Services Coordinator.
