Position Overview:

The Dispensary Delivery Driver at Flynnstoned Cannabis Company-Oswego is responsible for safely transporting and delivering cannabis products to customers while providing excellent customer service. The Delivery Driver would utilize a company owned vehicle for all deliveries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Utilizing a company vehicle to load, transport and deliver items in a safe and timely manner to the correct address, adhering to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Review orders before leaving the store to ensure that orders are complete and accurate.
• Assist with inventory room maintenance as needed
• Provide excellent customer service, answer customer questions, and assist with customer concerns.
• Assist with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Maintain basic records of mileage and reports related to deliveries.
• Assist with daily operations such as cleaning, stocking, and packaging orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive safely and use navigation tools such as onboard GPS, smartphone apps, and/or web-based or physical maps.
• Familiarity with routes in the Oswego and surrounding counties preferred
• Basic computer and information technology skills.
• Adhere to all policies, rules, and regulations.
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid/Current Driver's License
• Background and driving record analysis required
• Minimum 1 year proven work experience fulfilling orders as a delivery driver (any industry) and fulfilling orders.
• Excellent attention to detail for recording inventory counts efficiently and accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to create detailed records and reports of findings.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
