We’re looking for a driven, competitive, relationship-focused Sales Professional to join our Wholesale Sales Team!
As an Area Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing new wholesale business, developing strong customer relationships, and helping existing customers succeed. If you’re a self-starter who loves the thrill of winning, building relationships, and exceeding goals, this could be the opportunity for you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Grow the Business: Prospect, develop, and acquire new wholesale customers while expanding sales with existing accounts.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with customers through exceptional service and consistent communication.
- Drive Sales: Identify customer needs and recommend products and solutions that create value and increase sales.
- Own Your Territory: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize opportunities throughout the Cleveland–Youngstown market.
- Be the Customer’s Go-To: Respond quickly to customer needs, resolve concerns, and provide solutions that keep customers coming back.
- Stay Connected: Conduct regular customer visits, sales calls, and follow-ups to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
- Know Your Numbers: Utilize internal reporting, inventory systems, and sales data to identify opportunities and monitor results.
- Stay Organized: Prepare and consistently submit weekly sales agendas and maintain accurate customer and sales information.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with internal teams to ensure customers receive FAST, FRIENDLY, EASY service.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Keep up with tire industry trends, products, pricing, and market opportunities.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Tire industry and/or wholesale experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of wholesale tire products, customers, and industry practices
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize internal reporting, inventory, and sales systems
- Ability to manage a territory independently and prioritize competing demands
- Flexible schedule; evening and weekend work may occasionally be required
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR
- Successful completion of background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to drive for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 20–80 pounds
