FlynnO'Hara Uniforms is the Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of high-quality school uniforms, gym wear, and medical attire. We have been family owned-and-operated since 1972!
We are seeking full-time, experienced Embroidery Lead at our Philadelphia, PA distribution center. Responsibilities include managing a team that sets up and operates embroidery machinery, hoops garments, trims, and folds goods. The role is critical to helping the company quickly fulfill orders for custom school uniforms - particularly during the busy back-to-school season. We operate both single and multi-head Barudan embroidery machines.

Pay negotiable based on experience level.
Specific Job Requirements

* Ability to articulate roles, responsibilities, and goals.
* Previous experience leading a team of 10 Associates, a plus.
Additional Job Requirements
* Experience as an embroidery machine operator a plus.
* Experience with Barudan machines a plus.
* Ability to stand for several hours at a time.
* Ability to thread a needle.
* Ability to visually differentiate between thread colors and styles.
* Must be able to work daytime and/or evening shifts, and occasionally overtime hours during peak back-to-school season (August & September)
Schedule
* Flexibility available
* Standard Shift hours - Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
