Position Overview

As an entry-level Clinical Development Recruiter based onsite in Framingham, MA, you’ll learn how to identify, engage, and support biotech clinical development candidates and connect them with meaningful consulting and full-time roles.
What You’ll Do
- Build and nurture relationships with clinical development professionals at all career stages
- Learn to identify candidate skills, goals, and project preferences
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand client talent needs and match the right candidates
- Support candidates throughout the recruiting process, ensuring a positive experience
- Use our CRM and talent management tools to track candidate relationships and progress
- Continuously learn about the biotech clinical development landscape and emerging hiring trends
