What You'll Do

As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the restaurant's day-to-day success while building a team and culture that drives exceptional results.

You'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
• Create a positive culture where people enjoy coming to work and have opportunities to grow
• Drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution
• Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and cash management
• Deliver exceptional guest service and consistently high food quality
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance
• Analyze financial performance and create action plans to improve results
• Execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain great team members
• Build strong relationships with guests, employees, and the local community
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a General Manager or restaurant leader in a high-volume Food/Hospitality environment
• A track record of successfully leading teams and delivering results
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to analyze financial results and turn insights into action
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• A passion for developing people and building strong teams
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to relocate to or live within the Broken Bow area
