We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple construction and restoration projects from start to finish
- Prepare detailed estimates, job scopes, and material takeoffs
- Schedule crews, subcontractors, and project timelines efficiently
- Coordinate daily operations between field teams, vendors, and clients
- Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and overall profitability
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee quality control and maintain high workmanship standards
- Communicate with customers regarding project updates, timelines, and expectations
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, OSHA standards, and safety regulations
- Conduct site inspections and maintain organized project documentation
- Manage material ordering, deliveries, and equipment scheduling
- Supervise restoration, demolition, carpentry, roofing, drywall, painting, and reconstruction work
- Assist with emergency response coordination for water, fire, and storm restoration projects
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in construction project management, estimating, or a related leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and restoration processes
- Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple job sites simultaneously
- Ability to create accurate estimates and manage project budgets
- Knowledge of building codes, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations
- Ability to operate construction equipment, heavy machinery, and power tools when necessary
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage changing priorities
- Physical stamina to handle site visits and demanding job conditions in various weather conditions

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
