About the Role:
FlyMyRide is hiring a Mobile Auto Detailer to join our team serving Ashburn, Loudoun County, and nearby Fairfax and Prince William areas. We specialize in high-quality mobile detailing and ceramic coating prep. We train the right people — prior detailing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
What you’ll do:
- Perform exterior and interior auto detailing at customer homes and workplaces.
- Prep vehicles for ceramic coating and follow our quality checklist.
- Represent FlyMyRide with clean presentation, punctuality, and clear customer communication.
- Learn new products and techniques as we expand services.
- Keep equipment organized and job sites left better than you found them.
Who we’re looking for:
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and coachable — you take pride in finishing work the right way.
- Military or veteran background strongly valued (discipline, ownership, standards).
- Car enthusiast mindset welcome — you care how vehicles look and feel.
- Aptitude for learning hands-on skills quickly.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Able to work outdoors and on your feet; comfortable with physical work.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay & Growth:
- $18–$26 per hour based on experience and how quickly you ramp.
- Hands-on training provided.
- Path to senior detailing / ceramic work for strong performers.
Schedule & Area:
- Based in Ashburn / Loudoun; jobs across Loudoun and bordering Fairfax & Prince William.
- Full-time; schedule discussed in interview.
