What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tumbling and Trampoline Coach position at Flying Saucers Trampoline and Tumbling?
Instruction & Progression: Teach foundational and advanced skills, such as flips, twists, and tumbling passes, using safe, progressive methods.
Safety & Spotting: Perform active, hands-on spotting to prevent injuries, especially when teaching new or complex skills.
Lesson Planning: Develop structured, engaging, and age appropriate lesson plans for both recreational and competitive athletes.
Competition Preparation: Prepare athletes for competitions by coaching routines, organizing registrations, and providing on site support at meets.
Equipment Management: Ensure all trampoline and tumbling equipment is safe, properly set up, and maintained.
Communication: Maintain open communication with parents and athletes regarding progress and goals.
Little to no experience required, preferred but, able to provide training!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
