Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and safety standards are met at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
• Follow all health and safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
• Support the team in creating a positive and energetic dining environment

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a line cook or similar role in a high-end or upscale restaurant
• Knowledge of Western cuisine and contemporary culinary techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
