Role Overview:
We are seeking passionate and certified sUAS Pilots to join our innovative team. As an RPIC, you will play a crucial role in our Drone as First Responder programs, ensuring rapid response, equipment readiness, and maintaining the highest standards of flight safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate drones within FAA regulations, ensuring safe and efficient mission completion.
- Maintain visual and airspace awareness during all flights.
- Execute pre-flight checks and equipment maintenance to ensure mission readiness.
- Engage in continuous communication with the team for operational efficiency.
- Address and troubleshoot any technical issues to maintain high operational standards.
Requirements:
- Must possess a current FAA Part 107 certification.
- A minimum of 30 logged flight hours. Training on specific platforms provided.
- Ability to complete a comprehensive background check.
- Strong interest in technology, particularly sUAS, and its application in public safety.
- Professional attitude, with an ability to work in outdoor conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.

Work Schedule:
- Flexible, including 10-hour shifts, 4x10, day shifts, Monday to Friday, and weekend availability.
