ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a personable and service-oriented Outdoor F&B Concierge to provide exceptional experiences on our vast golf courses and their venues. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, engaging with guests, maintaining beverage carts, and ensuring a seamless outdoor dining experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in an outdoor setting.

• Provide personalized food and beverage service to guests on the golf course and outdoor venues.
• Operate and maintain the beverage cart, ensuring it is fully stocked and clean at all times.
• Engage with members and guests to enhance their experience and offer recommendations.
• Process transactions, handle cash and credit card payments accurately.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including food handling and alcohol service laws.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies as needed, and communicate shortages to management.
• Adapt to weather conditions and adjust service accordingly to maintain guest satisfaction.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down outdoor dining and service areas as needed.
• Collaborate with F&B staff and management to ensure smooth service operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  Previous experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first approach.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Knowledge of food safety, alcohol service regulations, and health standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with beverage cart operations or golf course F&B service.
• Certification in food handling and alcohol service (ServSafe, TIPS, etc.).
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills. Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy.  Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines.  Performs work under minimal supervision. Handles complex issues and problems and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff.

Flying Horse Resort & Club complies with Colorado labor laws by providing eligible benefits to part-time and seasonal employees. Under the Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA), employees accrue one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year. Other legally required benefits, such as workers' compensation and unemployment insurance, also apply.  Additionally, we provide a 401(k) retirement plan with an employer match. All benefits are subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents, including eligibility requirements and waiting periods, as required by law.
