ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for ensuring that our established standards in member and guest services, facility and efficiency are being met or exceeded. Must execute daily tasks with daily play and tournament setup.
- Ensure that each Member and Guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid facility knowledge, building rapport with members
- Assist with daily and tournament preparation and setup
- Maintain all areas of operation: Podium, Range, Cart Barn, Ball Wash Room
- Manage the tee sheet, greet member/ guest groups at range, maintain a stocked and clean hitting range, notify staff if a pick is needed
- Ensure all golf carts are stocked and clean, member clubs are all cleaned and put away, correct clubs are pulled for members
- Follow handbook and standards for Outside Operations
- Effective communication with all areas of Golf Operations
- Any other tasks assigned by manager
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have minimal golf knowledge
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds, 30% of the time
- Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must have reliable transportation and access to staff required uniform
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Must possess customer service skills and strong oral communication skills. Competency in dealing with members and fellow employees under circumstances requiring tact and diplomacy. Must possess the ability to work effectively under time deadlines.
