- Assisting Production Manager with the planning and organization of the Food Department
- Performing Daily Briefings with employees
- Preparing weekly schedules
- Assisting with all menu presentations and cycle changes
- Coaching and training of employees

Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Food Service experience
- Experience with PIP is helpful
- Prior HACCP experience required
