- Assisting Production Manager with the planning and organization of the Food Department
- Performing Daily Briefings with employees
- Preparing weekly schedules
- Assisting with all menu presentations and cycle changes
- Coaching and training of employees
- Supervision of employees in the Food Department
- Maintain high Standards of quality and service
- Problem solving any issues in the Food Department
- Implement the PIP process in the Production Manager
Job Qualifications
- At least 3 years of Food Service experience
- Experience with PIP is helpful
- Prior HACCP experience required
- Team Leader
- Self Motivated
- Flexibility
