What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Assurance Administrator position at Flying Colors of Success?
Qualified applicants for the Quality Assurance Administrator position will possess:
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Human Services, Social Work, Special Education or other Human Service related area. Advanced Education / certifications are a plus. Preference may be given to individuals who have evidence of:
- At least 2 years of experience in case management and support services for indivdiuals with intellectual, physical, & developmental disabilities.
- Maryland DDA systems experience.
- Proficient / competent with computer operating systems, tech skills.
Knowledge of the Icare system is preferred. Q.A. Administrator will implement Q.A. plan, provide internal quality reviews and monitoring, review all PCP’s, conduct daily documentation reviews, maintain compliance with all policies and regulations, and conduct trainings.
