Job Description
1. Responsible for managing third-party delivery and catering platforms such as DoorDash/UberEats/ezCater.
2. Responsible for platform operations and advertising management, including store menus, pricing, and campaigns, to improve exposure, conversion rate, ad efficiency, and store quality ratings.
3. Responsible for data analysis on third-party platforms and building KPI frameworks.
4. Coordinate with marketing, product, and IT teams to ensure strategy implementation and improve user experience.
5. Responsible for process optimization and system integration.
Job Requirements
1. Experience working with DoorDash delivery platform preferred.
3. Strong understanding of data and proficiency in SQL.
4. Excellent project management and execution skills, with goal- and results-oriented mindset.
5. In-depth knowledge of retail and online F&B business.
Salary : $80,000 - $180,000
