Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on DTC Manager to own and drive the day-to-day operations of
three DTC supplement brands, each with its own Shopify store.
This role is execution-focused across direct-to-consumer channels — including website operations, paid media, influencer marketing, and CRM. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive traffic, conversion, and retention across all three brands.
Key Responsibilities
Website & E-commerce Operations (3 Shopify Stores)
- Manage daily operations across three Shopify websites
- Optimize site performance and user experience; support monthly updates aligned with campaigns
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and up to date
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on site maintenance and launches
Paid Media
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social (Meta, TikTok) and paid search (Google Ads) campaigns
- Manage additional channels such as YouTube, Display, and paid PR placements
- Track and report on performance metrics such as ROAS and CPA
Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
- Manage influencer outreach, gifting, and paid collaborations
- Support celebrity partnerships and affiliate program execution
- Track performance and maintain relationships with key partners
Email & SMS Marketing
- Build and manage automated flows (e.g., welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase)
- Execute campaign-based and promotional email/SMS sends
- Segment audiences and continuously test content to improve engagement and conversion
Organic Social Media
- Oversee organic content planning and posting across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Work with creative teams to ensure consistent brand voice and visuals
SEO & Content
- Support SEO strategy and blog/content development
- Ensure content aligns with campaign calendars and overall brand messaging
Cross-Channel Collaboration
- Partner with Amazon and TikTok channel teams to align on messaging and campaign timing
- Share performance insights across channels to improve overall DTC strategy
Customer Service Support
- Collaborate with customer service team to monitor feedback and resolve issues
- Help ensure a smooth and consistent customer experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supplement, wellness, or CPG brands is a plus
- 3–5 years of hands-on DTC experience, ideally managing multiple Shopify stores
- Strong understanding of paid media, email/SMS, and influencer marketing
- Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize for ROAS and conversion
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with PR or earned media (e.g., press, awards, publications)
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms and influencer tools
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
