What You’ll Own
Think of yourself as the air traffic controller for maintenance operations:
AOG Response Coordination
- Receive and triage incoming AOG events
- Match the right technician, tools, and parts to the job
- Deploy mobile teams in compliance with FAA Part 145
Communication Hub
- Act as the central link between customers, technicians, and internal teams
- Provide real-time updates during high-pressure situations
- Escalate critical issues quickly and effectively
Logistics Mastermind
- Coordinate travel (flights, hotels, rentals, even charter if needed)
- Arrange parts, tooling, and equipment shipments
- Track technician movement and optimize coverage nationwide
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all work aligns with FAA regulations and RSQCM
- Maintain detailed logs and dispatch records
- Support audit readiness and KPI tracking
What Makes You a Fit
- 3–5 years in aviation maintenance, maintenance control, or OCC
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems & terminology
- Ability to stay calm and decisive in high-pressure scenarios
- Skilled communicator who can manage multiple moving parts
- Experience with Part 145 operations (huge plus)
- A&P license? Even better.
Schedule
- 🌙 Night Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM (4 on / 4 off)
