Every day, you guide them through our wide range of online printing services, answer their questions smoothly and professionally, and help them bring their ideas to life. Sometimes that means assisting with product design, sometimes helping to upload files correctly, and sometimes simply being the friendly, patient voice that reassures customers when challenges arise.
Alongside your marketing colleagues, you will also contribute to keeping our social media channels alive and engaging, by helping to find, create, and post interesting content. You coordinate closely with our production team in Germany, ensuring that any special requests or updates are communicated promptly, so that every order progresses seamlessly. Throughout it all, your focus is on creating an excellent customer experience, turning every interaction into a positive, satisfying moment.
