About the Role
Flybridge Staffing is currently seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity and Encryption Analyst to join our team in the Long Island NY area. This permanent position will work 90% remotely with occasional office visits.
This role is responsible for contributing to the expansion and maturity of our Cybersecurity posture throughout the enterprise. The successful candidate will enable us to continue meeting all financial services and payments industry security standards, such as PCI and SOC-1 compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the key encryption lifecycle for all HSM's in use within the enterprise.
- Manage the corporate key encryption management system (KMS) including documenting activities and procedures needed for PCI compliance reviews.
- Coordinate participation and oversee all key encryption activities ranging from new KEK generation through KEK renewals.
- Manage secure key exchanges between our organization and other third-party partners.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of information security policies and procedures.
- Assist with organizational security goals and meeting industry standards such as PCI and SOC-1.
- Assist with configuration and operational maintenance of security infrastructure.
- Respond to security-related tickets escalated from various departments and work collaboratively across multiple teams to communicate and manage expectations during the resolution.
- Monitor, analyze, and respond to SIEM alerts from monitoring tools and third-party vendors.
- Assist with cybersecurity department initiatives, audits, and projects.
