Parts & Warranty Manager

Position Summary
flyADVANCED is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Parts & Warranty Manager to support our aircraft maintenance operations at our Cirrus Authorized Service Center in Winchester, Virginia. This position is responsible for managing aircraft parts inventory, coordinating with vendors and manufacturers, supporting maintenance technicians with parts procurement, administering warranty claims, and maintaining accurate inventory and purchasing records.
The successful candidate will help ensure timely availability of materials, maintain an organized parts department, and support efficient maintenance operations. This role utilizes EBIS software to manage parts requests, process purchase orders, and maintain inventory records.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the procurement, receipt, storage, and distribution of aircraft parts, consumables, and shop supplies.
• Utilize EBIS software to receive parts requests and process purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and appropriate stock levels to support maintenance operations.
• Coordinate with approved vendors, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers to source required materials.
• Monitor inventory usage and recommend stocking levels to minimize downtime and control costs.
• Supply technicians with required parts and materials for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
• Receive, inspect, track, and document incoming shipments and materials.
• Prepare, submit, and track warranty claims in accordance with Cirrus Aircraft and manufacturer warranty requirements.
• Maintain complete warranty documentation and follow up on outstanding claims as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, FAA regulations, and manufacturer requirements related to parts handling and recordkeeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure parts storage area.
• Support AOG and priority parts sourcing efforts when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance.
Qualifications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with employees, customers, vendors, and manufacturers.
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software; experience with EBIS is preferred.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous aviation parts, inventory management, purchasing, or warranty administration experience preferred.
• Experience with Cirrus Aircraft products and warranty processes is a plus.
• Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift and move parts and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, and work in a hangar environment for extended periods.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment and computer systems.
