Aircraft Charter Sales Executive

About the Role
flyADVANCED is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Charter Sales Executive to help grow our charter business by developing new client relationships and generating charter sales across our diverse Part 135 fleet.
This opportunity is ideal for a proven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and delivering exceptional customer service. While aviation or charter sales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates with a successful background in consultative or business-to-business sales who are eager to learn the private aviation industry.
This is an in-office position based at our headquarters in New Castle, Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Generate new charter business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with charter clients, corporate flight departments, travel advisors, and aviation professionals.
- Match client travel needs with the appropriate aircraft across the flyADVANCED fleet.
- Work closely with the Charter Sales and Operations team to coordinate charter opportunities.
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed established sales goals.
Qualifications
Required
- Proven success in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to generate new business and close sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred
- Charter sales or aviation industry experience.
- Knowledge of FAA Part 135 charter operations.
- Existing aviation, corporate travel, or luxury service industry contacts.
