We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a variety of trades and a strong ability to handle general maintenance and repair tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work for residential and/or commercial properties
- Complete painting, drywall repairs, flooring installation and tile work
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license (active and in good standing)
- Proven experience in painting, drywall, flooring and tile work
- Strong general maintenance and repair skills (a big plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy materials
- Criminal background check is required
