We are hiring a Site Safety Manager to oversee safety on active construction jobsites. This is a field-based role for someone who can work independently, travel to projects, and keep sites compliant and incident-ready.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily jobsite safety, inspections, and hazard correction
- Develop, implement, and enforce site-specific safety plans
- Conduct toolbox talks, orientations, and safety training
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions
- Maintain OSHA, company, and client safety documentation
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and project managers
- Support local and out-of-state projects as needed
Required qualifications
- Current OSHA 500 certificate
- Current First Aid/CPR credentials
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal transportation to jobsites
- Ability and willingness to work on out-of-state jobsites
- Construction safety experience in a site-based role
- Strong knowledge of OSHA construction standards
- Ability to communicate clearly with field crews and leadership
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and site conditions
Pay: $63,600.75 - $80,000.00 per year
