What will you do?
- Reach out to designers through Instagram DMs, email, and other creative channels.
- Represent Fly.co with professionalism, friendliness, and enthusiasm.
- Explain our platform’s value and help designers understand how they can benefit from joining.
- Develop and test different outreach strategies to connect with new designers.
- Track your outreach and results, optimizing for the best engagement.
- Be part of a team that values collaboration, innovation, and community.

- Excellent communication skills — you’re confident in writing messages and speaking with people.
