Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal in designated areas
- Conduct deep cleaning procedures such as floor buffing, carpet cleaning, and window washing as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Operate cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively, including vacuums, buffers, and floor scrubbers
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times
- Follow safety protocols related to industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance
- Assist with minor repairs or maintenance tasks related to cleaning equipment or facility fixtures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning roles preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and stripping floors
- Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable transportation is preferred for timely job site access
