What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Reforestation position at Flux Resources, LLC?
Flux Resources is staffing for a FEMA recovery effort in New Mexico and is building a roster of Reforestation Subject Matter Experts to support post disaster vegetation and ecosystem recovery. This role provides technical expertise related to replanting, restoration planning, and long-term land recovery following disaster events. These roles will primarily be remote aside from an initial couple week travel period. Payrate for these roles will likely fall in the $50-$60/hr range.

What You'll Support
- Assessment of vegetation loss and reforestation needs
- Technical input on replanting and restoration strategies
- Support for environmental recovery and sustainability planning
- Review of restoration plans and supporting documentation
- Coordination with forestry, environmental, and planning teams
- 10 years of experience in reforestation, ecology, forestry, environmental science, or related disciplines
- Wildfire or large-scale land restoration experience preferred
