The IT Support Specialist I / II serves as a frontline technical resource supporting our managed services clients. This hybrid role combines remote help desk support with on-site client visits throughout the Panama City area. Candidates must be comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technologies, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining strong client relationships.
This position is ideal for someone with proven MSP experience who enjoys working across diverse environments and technologies
- Minimum 3 years of experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- Must live in or around Panama City, Florida
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously
- Experience documenting technical work and maintaining accurate ticket notes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Deploy and maintain Sophos and SentinelOne security solutions
- Conduct on-site support visits when required
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of client communication
- Create and maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in after-hours emergency support rotation as needed
- CompTIA A , Network , Security , or equivalent certifications
- Microsoft 365 Certifications
- Sophos Certifications
- Experience with ConnectWise, HaloPSA, NinjaOne, Datto, or similar MSP platforms
- Experience supporting multi-site business environments
- Familiarity with compliance and cybersecurity frameworks
