We are currently seeking a couple talented and enthusiastic Café Cooks to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including breakfast, lunch, and baked goods, according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented beautifully.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact positively with guests when necessary
Experience
- Previous experience as a cook in a café or restaurant setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude.
- A passion for food and a desire to create memorable dining experiences.
- Food safety certification is a plus.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
