Flute & Fork is looking for an energetic, hands-on Manager who wants more than just a management job. We are looking for someone who wants to help build a great local restaurant — with the opportunity to participate in profits and potentially grow into ownership of the business.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who loves hospitality, food, people, and creating an exceptional guest experience.Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily restaurant operations
- Leading, scheduling, and developing staff
- Maintaining excellent customer service and hospitality standards
- Managing inventory, ordering, food costs, and labor
- Helping develop and improve menu offerings
- Working alongside the team during service
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Helping grow catering, events, alcohol sales, and overall revenue
- Developing systems that make the restaurant efficient and profitableWhat we're looking for:
- Restaurant, hospitality, or food-service management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems
- Business-minded and interested in understanding the financial side of the restaurant
- Must be 21 or older
- ServSafe certification preferred
- Kentucky alcohol-server certification preferred
