Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist (Know Chinese)to join our healthcare team. The Pharmacist will collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal medication management and support patient health outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on medication therapy management, including drug interactions and side effects.
- Conduct thorough patient consultations to assess medication needs and provide education on proper usage.
- Maintain accurate inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking medications.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in various settings such as ER and ICU to optimize patient care plans.
- Implement aseptic techniques in the preparation of sterile products when necessary.
- Stay updated on pharmaceutical advancements, treatment protocols, and best practices in patient care.
- Document all relevant patient information and medication therapy changes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacy practices.
- Experience in clinical settings such as ER or ICU is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively while ensuring medication safety standards are met.
- Proficient in aseptic technique for sterile compounding when applicable.
