About the Role
Fluorogistx offers an excellent opportunity for a new salesperson to develop refined sales skills that can be applied in any industry. You'll be trained by managers with years of experience in a proven sales process built to set new team members up for success — no previous sales experience is required.
As an Inside Sales Associate, you'll contact industrial powder coating customers to understand their business and identify opportunities for FGX products and services. You'll build relationships with an assigned customer base to grow market share, sales volume, and revenue, communicating primarily by phone, email, and video call (Teams or Zoom). Travel to sales meetings and/or trade shows may be required roughly once every two to three months.
Responsibilities
• Execute quality outbound phone calls to current customers to gather information about their business and identify opportunities
• Document and log call notes in the company's CRM system (Monday.com)
• Partner with the Sales Manager on reporting and tracking customer activity
• Build customer relationships using FGX's sales tools and resources to grow revenue within an existing account base
What We're Looking For
• Self-motivated, organized, and dynamic, with the ability to generate sales over the phone with an existing customer base
• Strong sense of customer service and enjoyment working with a supportive, energetic team
• College degree, preferably in business, preferred
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Spanish-language proficiency preferred
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to relate to people ranging from shop-floor workers to small business owners
