The E&I Superintendent supervises 10 direct reports performing preventive, routine and emergency maintenance on electrical and instrumentation equipment in a safe productive manner with a focus on quality and cost. Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
● Ensure full compliance with Fluor Corporation safety programs and proactively prevent accidents.
● Consistently enforce company policies and procedures, including safety, discipline, payroll, and work‐order processes.
● Participate in rotating on‐call coverage for weekend and after‐hours maintenance emergencies.
● Supervise, schedule, and manage E&I Technicians to maximize workforce utilization.
● Maintain budget control within assigned areas.
● Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, single‐line diagrams, ladder logic, and wiring schematics.
● Maintain strong communication and working relationships with internal customers, vendors, and service providers.
● Oversee Work Order Management within the CMMS (Maximo).
● Collaborate with scheduling, reliability, and planning teams to prioritize work and update CMMS and job plans.
● Assist technicians in troubleshooting 480 VAC 3‐phase motor starter circuits, 4–20 mA loops, and 120 VAC control circuits.
● Diagnose PLC issues using knowledge of PLC logic and operations.
● Work with instrumentation such as smart pressure transmitters, magnetic and differential‐pressure flow meters, temperature transmitters, ABB DCS systems (or similar), control valves, smart valve controllers, solenoids, and limit switches.
● Work extended hours as needed, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
● Implement training plans for the E&I team, including mentoring and monitoring craft‐skill progression.
Requirements
● High school diploma or equivalent
● 10 years experience in E&I field (if non-degreed), or Bachelor’s degree in applicable field plus six years experience
● Must have 5 years experience supervising craft employees in a manufacturing setting
● Must be familiar with PLCs & PLC logic (Allen Bradley, GE Fanuc)
● Must have experience utilizing Lock Tag & Try, and Confined Space Procedures
● Must have proven track record of strict safety program adherence
