Under the direction of the Warehouse Lead, this position assists in performing shipping, receiving, inventory
and material handling functions at a Government facility.
- Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
- Perform distribution-related functions (receiving, storing, shipping, and building of loads)
- Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance of OSHA regulations; report
- Perform customer service activities to include but not limited to, answering telephones, communicating
- Deliver and pick-up material from local vendors
- Operate classified destruction equipment
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, automated pallet wrapper, dollies/carts, and other critical equipment, with
- Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
- Maintain material management and receiving logs
- Complete shipping documentation and receipts per site standard operating procedures
- Input information into software programs (such as SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous process improvement
- Support other elements of the Fluor Logistics Team as directed
- Perform other duties as directed by management
- Other duties as assigned

- A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years*; some locations may
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management,
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to attend to detail and
- Must have an active (or ability to obtain) TS/SCI with CI polygraph clearance

- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift operator certification
- Reach with hands and arms, extending arms forward and above the head
- Climb ladders and stairs, and perform work at heights
- Lift and carry 35 pounds of material
- Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global
- Two (2) years of experience in Warehousing/Logistics
- Proficient computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, spreadsheets, and
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication skills for internal and external customers

Market Rate Statement: The market rate for the role is typically at the mid-point of the salary range; however, variations in final salary are determined by additional factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
