This position supports the Fluor site staff at Rand Whitney Containerboard, including the Site Manager, Superintendents, Reliability Engineer, Planners, and 22 craft employees. Responsible for performing weekly payroll duties, providing administrative HR assistance as directed, HSE recordkeeping, general office functions, and utilization of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo. This is a temporary need estimated to last a few weeks. Work schedule during this time is Monday - Friday, 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.75/hour

Job Duties include the following:
- Submits and maintains payroll for craft employees in addition to tracking all Paid Time Off (PTO) requests and utilization. Prints weekly paystubs for all craft employees.
- Updates Maintenance Superintendents weekly schedule with forecasted workload. Coordinates and prepares all necessary documentation for recurring and annual outages.
- Oversees office supplies and other requisitions. Submits monthly accruals, site invoices, and expense reimbursements to corporate per schedule.
- Maintains safety records and supports HSE activities including Safety Task Analysis (STA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), incident reporting, weekly audit reports, and updates the safety management system.
- Coordinates Fluor’s safety campaigns & Value Awareness Program
- Coordinates with department heads to schedule interviews. Onboards new employees utilizing provided HR documentation and safety training requirements. Maintains personnel records on all employees at the direction of regional HR Manager.
- Authors phone listing, emergency contact list, organization chart, and the weekly weekend rotation schedule.
- Tracks training requirements and performs test proctor duties for NCCER craft worker training.
- Other duties as assigned by the Site Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4 years applicable experience preferred
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Preferred
- 2 years' experience in manufacturing background, safety, financial, or CMMS desired
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
