As a Fluor Maintenance Planner/Scheduler at Rand Whitney Containerboard, you will plan and schedule daily facility and equipment maintenance activities and all work associated with predetermined facility outages.
Pay Range: $100,000 - 120,000/year DOE

Job Duties include the following:
- Conduct and lead meetings to schedule and plan facility outages, and create and schedule relevant tasks in Microsoft Project.
- Validate service requests, convert them to work orders in CMMS (Maximo), and maintain a minimum of two weeks of work orders ready to be scheduled.
- Perform regular field walks to identify job requirements, estimate resources, and order required parts from inventory or vendors.
- Coordinate daily schedules, print work order/job packets, and review completed work orders for follow-up actions.
- Participate with the reliability team on predictive maintenance activities and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- 4-year degree and 4 years experience or if non-degreed, combined 8 years education and experience
- Maintenance planning and scheduling experience
