This position provides a variety of clerical duties in a
team environment. Working under the supervision
of a manager or a team, this role will perform
essential job duties and functions as assigned.
- Analyze patrons’ requests to determine needed
information.
- Code, catalog drawings, manuals and all document
buildings or discipline.
- Locate unusual or unique information in response
- Manage the acquisition of new materials.
- Daily activities to include receiving, shelving,
- Develop library policies and procedures.
- Evaluate materials to determine outdated and
- Archive the design specifications documents, the O&M Manuals and drawing packages.
- Provide general administrative support including

- Assign unique identifier barcode per drawing,
- Perform tasks on standard office equipment such

Basic Job Requirements
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and nine (9) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to thirteen (13) if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
