Responsibilities
- As an Assembly Technician, your mission includes :
- Assembling complex products using a variety of tool.
- Pass qualification test and perform soldering / brazing of HVAC type systems.
- Able to follow strict assembly instructions, both verbal and written.
- Effectively communicating issues, delays, and data trends with supervisors and peers.
- Actively contributing to our regular FBS routines, including Daily Scheduling, Visual Management participation, Kaizen participation, and insightful problem solving.
Qualifications
- Prior experience with complex assembly procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills with proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Experience using various hand tools.
- Ideally, you also have (preferred but not required) :
- Prior experience with hand torches a plus.
- Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment.
- EPA certification a plus
