How We Operate
- Extreme ownership. Full autonomy. Own things end to end often taking on scope outside your core role without being asked to get things done.
- Velocity. We drive everything forward as fast as possible.
- First principles. Challenge every assumption. Zero analogy thinking, no egos, the best idea wins.
- Love of the game. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time. We put in long hours at high intensity to push the frontier forward.
- Build the production schedule: orders sequenced to takt, materials confirmed, and constraints honored.
- Own MRP hygiene: BOMs, routings, and lead times accurate enough to plan by.
- Balance the plan daily against reality: shortages, breakdowns, and priorities replanned same-day.
- Coordinate with supply chain and shipping so parts arrive and modules leave on schedule.

- You've planned production in a manufacturing plant with real material constraints.
- Your MRP data is trusted because you keep it true.
- You replan fast when the day breaks and communicate the ripple.
- You measure schedule adherence and drive it up.
- You see the shortage coming a week out.
- Bonus: NetSuite or ERP planning modules. Low-volume heavy products. S&OP participation. Excel and SQL strength.
