We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead daily execution in Tallahassee and help build the operating systems required to support our next stage of growth.
FluidSecure is a fast-growing technology company building one of the most innovative and practical solutions in industrial fleet fuel management. Our platform combines connected hardware, cloud software, and real-time operational data to help customers control fueling, reduce loss, and run more efficient operations.

What you will own
- Own the day-to-day operating environment in Tallahassee, including facilities, office systems, equipment, supplies, access, employee onboarding, and vendor services
- Build clear accountability across production, fulfillment, inventory, purchasing coordination – working with Production Supervisor and team leads to ensure:
- Inventory accuracy, reorder discipline, supplier follow-up, and component availability
- Production capacity, order priorities, shipment readiness, fulfillment quality, and vendor coordination
- Build practical dashboards and operating metrics across production, fulfillment, inventory, customer handoffs, and business operations
- Establish regular operating reviews, identify missed targets, determine root causes, and drive corrective action
- Ensure teams use agreed processes, maintain clean data, and follow through on commitments
- Oversee accounting workflow inputs, including purchasing, invoicing support, timekeeping, payroll inputs, AP/AR coordination, and close readiness
- Partner with the Head of Finance on cost visibility, budget adherence, and operating performance analysis
- Coordinate with engineering on product changes, manufacturing readiness, quality issues, and vendor requirements
- Coordinate with customer experience on customer commitments, fulfillment timing, onboarding readiness, and handoffs
- Identify and implement practical automation, AI tools, and process improvements that increase speed, visibility, accuracy, and organizational efficiency
What we are looking for
- Experience leading operations, production, fulfillment, supply chain, or business operations in a growing company
- Strong numerical judgment and comfort managing through metrics
- Demonstrated ability to build practical systems, dashboards, operating cadences, and accountability
- Experience leading across functions, including production, finance, customer experience, vendors, and engineering
- Comfort in a hands-on environment where the work is not fully defined and improvement is expected
- Strong communication, follow-through, and practical problem-solving
- Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, fulfillment, and basic accounting workflows
- Comfort using modern software, automation, and AI tools to improve execution
