We are seeking a Lead Industrial Application Engineer to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex hydraulic systems. This role serves as a technical leader, partnering across engineering, sales, and operations to deliver high-performance, customer-focused solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead large-scale hydraulic projects from concept through delivery
- Define system architecture based on performance requirements
- Support pre-sales by developing technical proposals and solutions
- Establish and enforce design standards, ensuring quality and compliance
- Oversee design reviews, validation, and system testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to resolve technical challenges
- Analyze field data, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Power, or related field
- 5 years of experience in hydraulic system design and engineering
- Experience with industry standards (UL, ISO, CE)
- Proven ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and communicate effectively
