Outside Sales Account Manager
and take charge of a well-established territory in
Kalamazoo, MI
. You'll be responsible for expanding business through direct sales and service of high-performance
fluid process equipment
with full support from a trusted brand and technical team behind you.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts.
- Drive full-cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals.
- Promote and sell a wide range of
fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals
, and related services. - Build lasting customer relationships through regular on-site visits and expert service.
- Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations.
- Leverage CRM tools and other resources to manage your time, territory, and pipeline effectively.
Experience, Education and Skills
- High School diploma or GED required;
2- or 4-year technical/engineering degree
preferred. - 2 years of industrial sales experience
, ideally in
fluid handling and rotating equipment. - Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits.
