Job Summary
As a Welder at Fluid Power Support, you’ll apply appropriate welding processes to join, surface, fabricate and repair parts of metal or other weldable materials according to layouts, work orders, blueprints, schematics, and sketches using manual welding equipment.
Job Duties
- Ability to perform high quality welds in all positions (vertical up, down, flat, and overhead).
- Follow Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
- Ability to perform high quality welds on stainless steel and other alloys such as…
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure welds meet specifications and standards.
- Welding equipment maintenance.
- Utilize various hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete tasks.
- Ability to repair parts that fail inspection.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Successful completion of internal welding test.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Dependable and punctual.
- Manages time wisely.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Certificate
- 3-5 years’ experience in various forms of welding
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week
- Day Shift - Monday thru Friday

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
