Fluid Motion, LLC - Manufacturer of Cutwater Boats and Ranger Tugs - is looking to expand its Fabrication department in Arlington, WA.
Summary: Assist in all areas of the welding department, positions include; assembly, polishing, metal cutting and welding.
Pay:$20.00 -$23.00/DOE
Hours: Monday-Friday 5am-1:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties likely to be assigned.)
- Must be able to read and understand a tape measure to 1/32
- Grinds and polishes unfinished parts
- Complies with safety procedures and company policies
- Maintains a clean work area and assists in departmental housekeeping
- Uses hand tools, powered grinders, and sanders to deburr machined parts
- Actively participates in company-sponsored training programs
- Completes additional duties and projects as assigned
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular and consistent basis.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift and reach for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for the entire duration of shift.
- Ability to keep up with productivity goals.
- Ability to use hands for the duration of the shift.
