Summary Of Primary Function

The compensation range for this position is $54,200.00 - $81,400.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.

Specific Responsibilities
You will contribute by:
- Execute test plans and procedures developed by engineers to evaluate products, components, or systems.
- Operate and monitor test equipment, ensuring tests are conducted accurately and safely.
- Record detailed data and observations during tests, and report any deviations or anomalies.
- Assemble, set up, and configure test equipment and fixtures according to specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of test equipment to ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with engineers to modify or upgrade test setups as needed.
- Maintain comprehensive records of test procedures, results, and equipment maintenance activities.
- Create detailed test reports and assist in data analysis.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the laboratory and test environments.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations in testing procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of test equipment components and materials.
- Assist in procurement activities to maintain necessary supplies.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and other team members to support testing goals and project objectives.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving test processes and equipment.

- Familiarity with technical documentation and test procedure execution.

- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
